What is Your Return Policy?
At Rice and Beans Vintage we do our very best to represent each item as it is. That being said we want you to be happy with your purchase!
* Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item to qualify for a return.
*If for some reason you need to return your item we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange. The store credit will be issued as soon as the item is returned. The credit does NOT expire and will be issued for the full amount of the purchase price of the item.
*If in a rare case you feel that the item was misrepresented or your have a special circumstance a refund will be issued. This does not include items that do not fit as we supply accurate measurements and are more than happy to answer any questions prior to purchase. This refund will be the purchase price of the item minus the cost of shipping ( as most items at Rice and Beans Vintage ship Free), a 15 % stocking fee for items under $200, and a 10% stocking fee for items over $200. The % is based on the purchase price of your item. The refund will be given in the same way it was received (ie: back on your credit card or through PayPal)

What forms of payment do you accept?
*We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Master card, American Express, & Discover. We also accept PayPal. You will have the choice to pay with both at checkout. Always secure! If you would like to pay with a personal check or money order please email us at riceandbeansvintage@gmail.com so that we may place the items on hold for you until your payment arrives. Thank you.
Do you Offer Layaway?
*Yes! We are happy to offer our clients the opportunity to place items on layaway. Please contact us directly at riceandbeansvintage@gmail.com or (207) 319-5851 to set up a payment plan.
Please note special savings coupon codes cannot be used when using our layaway program, thank you for your understanding.
How and When Will my Purchase be Shipped?
*All items shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and ship FREE!
*All International Orders under $150 will be shipped via Global Priority Mail and charged a total flat rate of $25.00 per order. International Orders $150 & Up Ship FREE & will be shipped First Class or Global Priority which ever is the fastest!
*Delivery Confirmation is included in the cost of all packages being shipped within the United States and the majority of International packages.
*If you need an item sent overnight, No problem! Just choose the Express Overnight Shipping option at checkout ($35) and we will make sure your package arrives on time.
* If you prefer your item to be sent via UPS please email us after your have placed your order at riceandbeansvintage@gmail.com and we will send it via UPS for you at no extra charge!
*All purchases will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. If you need it sent the same day, please contact us immediately.
Can an Item be Placed on Hold?
*Yes, if you would like to have an item(s) placed on hold please contact us at riceandbeansvintage@gmail.com or (207) 319-5851. Generally items may be placed on hold for 7 days unless special arrangements have been made. If you need more time, just ask! Don't forget if you have any item on hold and would like to purchase it, please contact us first as the hold will need to be removed prior to purchase. If you change your mind, just let us know so that we may take the item off hold for other customers. Thank you.
Are your designer items authentic?
*All Items at Rice and Beans Vintage are Guaranteed Authentic! We do not sell fakes. We guarantee the authenticity of each item 100%. We do not buy or wear knock offs!
How do I know if the item will fit me?
*At Rice and Beans Vintage we pay close attention to details. We measure each piece carefully and in most cases try to give you a "modern equivalent" in sizing. Please check the measurements that we give against a current piece of your clothing. This is a great way to make sure the piece will fit. Please email us at riceandbeansvintage@gmail.com if you would like more measurements or photos. We are always more than happy to get these for you. Thank you!
Do you handle estates?
