This Vintage 60's "confetti" dress from Margaret Smith is special for several reasons.  Firstly Margaret Chase Smith was from Maine (so is Rice and Beans Vintage), secondly it has plenty of sass, and lastly and most importantly Margaret Chase Smith was the first woman to be elected to both houses of congress!  She also made enough time to have her own line of clothing.  How cool is that?
