Vintage 60's red velvet & ruffle party dress!  This is a beautiful dress from the plunging neckline to the ruffle accent, this one is sure to turn heads.

Condition:  Very Good, velvet has a crushed appearance to it, missing probably a bow on the chest, I am including a vintage Rhinestone Clock pin as seen in the photos.
