Vintage 70's Tri Color Floral Dress

Vintage 70's Tri Color Floral Halter Dress!   I am obsessed with this dress, it is perfect in every way.

Size:  fits like an extra small-small

Length: 60 inches

Bust: approximately 32 inches but because it is a tie halter it can be made smaller or larger. 

Waist: 24 inches around at the high waist at the ribs
