One of a Kind Vintage 50's CHANEL Prototype Flap Bag ON LAYAWAY

I was told that this Vintage 50's CHANEL bag was given to it's original owner by Coco Chanel herself!  The woman was working for Coco Chanel and she was trying out different clasps.  This clasp one didn't make the cut and so she gifted the bag to her employee.  This is an opportunity to own a piece of Chanel history.  This Vintage Chanel bag is made from brown wool jersey.  Museum worthy.

Condition: Very Good, Overall excellent however the two front edges on the flap show wear.  Has a little bit of a 1950's smell due to age.
