Very Special Antique Victorian Iridescent Green & Black Feather Fan.  This Antique Fan is stunning, from the feathers to the "tortoise" shell frame & tassel.  The ribbon that used to link each tortoise shell piece together has stopped doing so.  Still very usable or a fantastic piece of home decor.
