Incredible Vintage 60's Black Beaded Velvet Lace up Vest!  I am in love with every single aspect of this piece.  The ribbon that laces up the front needed replacing so I have used an Hermes Ribbon which I will include.  You can switch it out if you prefer.  Luxe Bohemian!
