Vintage 60's Woven Wool Cape With Optional Belt.  This Welsh wool cape is fantastic!  I love the weave, the cut and the belt.  The perfect combination.  *please note I clothes clipped the belt on the mannequin to make it tighter to fit.  It snaps closed or you can tie it.
