Vintage 70's Maxi Dress w/Hand Painted Jacket

Vintage 70's Black Maxi Dress with Open Back & Hand Painted Sheer Jacket.  This is such a great vintage set.  The 70's dress has a plunging neck line and open back.  The jacket is sheer black material with gold trim and hand painted metallic flowers.  Love!
