Vintage 1973 CHRISTIAN DIOR Autumn/Winter Numbered Haute Couture Ivory Silk Blouse.  This classic Vintage Haute Couture Dior Blouse was designed by Marc Bohan who was the designer of the house of Dior after Yves Saint Laurent from 1960-1989.
